Manal Richa, founder and Branding & Creative Strategist of The MarCom Network, has over eight years experience in planning and executing marketing strategies for small to medium sized business in different industries. Her consultation experience includes branding, planning and executing marketing and advertising campaigns utilizing deep situational analysis, efficient market research, effective client communications and successful collateral and web designs in addition to social media marketing services as well.
Ms. Richa’s career was launched in the real estate industry, where she quickly headed the marketing department, followed by a marketing management role at an Irvine Software/SAAS company. Her experience in marketing and management only increased her passion towards the successful use of marketing within companies’ planning, as well as the understanding of what it takes to implement an outstanding campaign. Both positions instilled in her the professional skills and abilities, the commitment to the marketing field and the personal attributes that make her strive towards reaching goals and achieving results while working effectively with others.
Today, Ms. Richa follows the path towards her passion by implementing creative marketing campaigns for small to medium sized businesses, whether by helping them grow their business from the beginning, increase their exposure, or position themselves as an established brand in the mind of their consumers. Her energy and passion for marketing along with her education, give Manal the unique quality to achieve and empower marketing success for her clients.
Ms. Richa is also the Chief Executive Officer of BreakThrough Networking, Inc. offering workshops and training sessions with the mission to educate individuals on how to network, build relationships, leverage connections, and use social media to supplement in-person networking.
In addition to her involvement with multiple organizations and chambers, Ms. Richa is the past co-chair of the social media committee of the National Association of Women Business Owners – Orange County Chapter (NAWBO OC.) Leading the social media marketing efforts for NAWBO OC, Ms. Richa worked on building and increasing the organization’s exposure online while spreading the word with the goal to increase membership.
Ms. Richa is also a speaker and published author on the topics of networking, marketing and social media. Some of her latest speaking engagements include the American Marketing Association Orange County Chapter (OCAMA,) Anaheim Job Fair 2009, Irvine Chamber of Commerce, Irvine Senior Center Job Fair 2009, California Staffing Professionals Orange County Chapter (CSP OC,) and more. Ms. Richa holds a Bachelors degree in Communications and Advertising from California State University Fullerton and a Bachelors degree in Interior Design.
